What does MARS manufacture?
Oil-immersed and cast-resin dry-type distribution transformers, power transformers up to 31,500 kVA / 110 kV class, pad-mounted and pole-mounted transformers, compact and containerised substations, MV/LV switchgear and ring main units, and LFP battery energy storage from 40 kWh cabinets to 10 MWh containers.
Which standards and certifications do your products meet?
Designs follow IEC 60076 and IEC 62271, with ANSI/IEEE, GB and GOST variants. The factory is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified; products carry CE (ECM), UDEM attestation, EAEU EAC declaration and CQC certification.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. Most transformers and switchgear are built to order, so a single custom-specified unit is normal; container BESS and substations are quoted per project.
How long is delivery?
Distribution transformers and switchgear typically ship 25–45 days after drawing approval; power transformers 60–90 days; containerised BESS 60–90 days. Sea freight from Shanghai adds 2–6 weeks depending on destination.
Can I visit the factory or witness testing?
Yes. Factory visits and witnessed factory acceptance tests (FAT), by you or a third-party inspector such as SGS, TÜV or BV, are welcome by appointment.
